Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Products are eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they meet the return conditions.
During checkout, customers may choose to unlock free return shipping for eligible items by paying a small return protection fee at the time of purchase.

Partial Refunds (When Applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.

Refunds (When Applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation notifying you that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Refund processing can sometimes take additional time.

Exchanges
If the size does not fit, if the compression items slip, or if they are too large, we offer one free exchange, with shipping covered by us for the first exchange.
To request a size exchange for the same product, please contact our support team at getflytexsupport@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once the return is received and processed.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified that the item has been returned.
