Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – General Provisions and Scope

Article 2 – Online Contract Formation

To purchase products, the Customer must select the desired items and add them to the shopping cart.
Once the selection is complete, the Customer reviews the cart and confirms the order.

Adding a product to the cart does not guarantee its availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be notified by email. The unavailable item will be refunded.
If the order contains multiple products, the remaining items will still be delivered.

If the withdrawal right is exercised within this period, the product price and original delivery costs will be refunded. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
