❄️ Freezing: place the sleeve in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours (ideally 24h) before use.

✅ Application time: 15 to 20 minutes maximum.

⚠️ For the knee, ankle, or elbow models: heat for 30 to 60 seconds at 700W maximum.

⚠️ For the full leg model: heat for 3 to 4 minutes at 360W maximum, in 1-minute increments.
